Ingredients:
1 wheel of camembert (in its wooden box or wrapped in foil)
2-3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1-2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
shake of black pepper (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is soft and gooey in the centre.

Serve immediately with crusty bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
