Bobby's Big Day Out was written for children who experience sensory processing differences and aims to support them to access The Great North Children's Hospital.
Every child's experience of living with sensory differences will be different, but this short story hopes to raise awareness of some of the challenges that can be encountered and strategies available to help children day to day.
An audio version of the book was very generously recorded by Brian Johnson - the lead singer of AC/DC - for everyone to enjoy and learn from.
