Ingredients:
500g steamed Brussels sprouts steamed.    • Classic Buttered Brussel Sprouts  Eas...  
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
50g grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Set your oven to 200°C (400°F) or preheat the grill/broiler.
oven or grill for 5–7 minutes until the cheese begins to melt
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven or grill, until crispy and golden.
