Tokino Sora rushes to save Airani Iofifteen at the Touto Hospital after she was sent there on an emergency hiatus. Sora fights her way up to Iofi's room only to find that it is vacant but to find the "Mysterious Idol", this Mysterious Idol reveals herself to be non other than Shishiro Botan who was last seen a year ago with her fierce battle with Akai Haato.
Confused, Sora starts questioning Botan. "If you're looking for Iofi, [REDACTED] has taken her up to the ruff." Now knowing Iofi's location Sora must quickly go to the ruff to save her. However, Botan won't make that trip easy.
