This song is on my EP called The Drawer. We all know someone who has experienced a situation where they adore another person but that person is always looking elsewhere for a lover. So I wrote this song to let people know that the grass in not always greener on the other side. Sometimes, we just need to open our eyes to find what we are looking for right around the corner. I did something with this song that used to be quite common but is not done often with modern music but it is so cool. Yes, it’s the modulation in the repeat chorus at end of the song.
