We stretch the neck, open up the chest, stretch the triceps and shoulders, and finish in Child's pose.
One thing that strikes me about boxing classes is that they all start with a proper warm-up and end with a few minutes of cool-down stretches, no matter where in the world you are. This makes sense as it is a hugely physical sport that requires excellent range of motion and massive amounts of power. I also can't help but notice that the cool-downs always map to a yoga framework.
