The Great South Run in Portsmouth is Britain’s biggest 10 mile race, at its peak receiving 25,000 entrants. This video follows the 2022 race.
I have fond memories of this 10 miler (16.1km), having run it 3 times previously. Returning after a bout of consistent training, was there a chance of finally running a personal best, for the first time in 7 years? We'd have to see.
Thank you to all those involved in what was a superb day and race, one which I won't forget for some time.
