State Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj extended a warm welcome to a group of tourists who arrived in Rishikesh on World Tourism Day, September 27, 2024, in a convoy of 85 Lamborghini cars. The group was participating in the Lamborghini GIRO Customer Drive and Experience Program, which ran from September 26th to 29th.
The convoy, which included lead cars and backup vehicles, traveled from Delhi to Rishikesh, Mussoorie, and Haridwar. On September 28th and 29th, the Lamborghini owners will be exploring the scenic beauty of Mussoorie.
Minister Maharaj expressed his delight at welcoming the tourists and highlighted the opportunity for them to experience the rich cultural heritage, delicious cuisine, and exquisite handicrafts of the region. The Lamborghini GIRO program aims to curate unique experiences for car owners from across India, showcasing the best of Rishikesh, Mussoorie, and Haridwar.
