Transliteration:
Namaḥ Śivāya śāntāya, karuṇā-maya sudhākara.
Sarvatra upasthitaṁ devaṁ, trinetrāya namo namah.
Maheśvarāya Śaṁbhave, triśūla-dharāya dhīmahi.
Namo namah Śivāya, sadā sarva-maṅgala-kāriṇe.
Meaning:
Salutations to Shiva, the peaceful one, full of compassion and grace.
The one who is present everywhere, I bow to the three-eyed Lord.
To Maheshwara, the auspicious one, who holds the trident, I meditate upon.
Salutations to Shiva, who is the bestower of all auspiciousness.

हर हर महादेव, त्रिपुरांतक शिव शंकर।
नीलकंठ महाकाल, हर हर महादेव।
हर हर महादेव, कैलाशाधिपति शंभु।

सर्वशक्तिमयी तव लीला, गंगाधर नमोस्तु ते।
शिवाय नमः कल्याणाय, दयानिधे सदाशिव।
शिवाय शक्तिसंयुक्ताय, कैलाशनिवासिने।
नमो नमः शिवाय, सर्वलोकपते नमः॥
Transliteration:
Sarva-śakti-mayī tava līlā, Gaṅgādhara namostu te.
Śivāya namah kalyāṇāya, dayānidhe Sadāśiva.
Śivāya śakti-saṁyuktāya, Kailāśa-nivāsine.
