Ingredients :
Ivy gourd : 1/4 kg
Red chilli powder : 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 2 tsp
Pepper powder : 2 tsp
Asafoetida powder : 1 tsp
Salt : 2 tsp
Rice flour : 1 1/2tbsp
Coconut oil : 2 tbsp
Method :
Today we’re going to make ivy gourd fry
For that first wash and slice ivy gourd in to long pieces and keep it in a bowl
Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, asafoetida powder and salt according to the taste
Then add rice flour and mix with hands
Then add a little bit of water and mix again
Keep it aside for few minutes
Then heat oil in a pan and transfer this ivy gourd in to it and fry it on both sides
Then remove from fire
Ivy gourd fry is ready to be served
