How I prevent hormonal acne with benzoyl peroxide

HOW I PREVENT HORMONAL BREAKOUTS using Benzoyl Peroxide

I’m using the @cerave @cerave_canada acne foaming cleanser with 4% benzoyl peroxide

I do this 3-4 times the week BEFORE pms kicks in (so two weeks before expected period) and maybe once or twice the week before expected period and this just keeps everything at bay ✨👌
