Delta Unveils its EV Charging Infrastructure Solution at its EMEA Headquarters

Delta has unveiled its Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure solution at its EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. In response to the growing need for EV charging facilities to cater for the increasing number of EV users - and to ease the impact on the existing infrastructure and power grid for facility managers of venues including hotels, commercial buildings, offices and more - Delta’s EV Charging Infrastructure Solution offers a fully integrated set up including EV chargers, PV inverters, energy storage systems and energy management systems. With this installation at Delta’s 35-year-old building in Hoofddorp, it has demonstrated that diversifying the power source and managing charging peak hours is key to developing effective building and energy management systems at sites with existing electricity infrastructures. As such, the building’s total energy cost has been reduced by 5% even with the installation of 16 AC and DC EV Chargers.
