Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons Sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2-3 drops sesame oil
Black and white sesame seeds, for garnish
Cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the meatball mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Sriracha, honey, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil.
In a large bowl, toss the meatballs in the sauce to coat.
Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
Serve immediately.
