In this video, you are going to learn about Octal Number System, or Oct for short. Octal Number System is the base-8 system. Octal digits are 0 to 7. Therefore, we have total of 8 different digits. Octal Numbers are used in Computer Science.
Octal numerals can be made from binary numerals by grouping consecutive binary digits into groups of three (starting from the right)
