The Gibson L-00 is a parlor-size guitar with a tighter, more focused low end – it’s basically an industry-standard travel-size acoustic guitar. Its compact body, partnered with the mahogany back and sides and a Sitka spruce top, makes it perfect for fingerstyle players, those with smaller hands, and those who want to travel with their guitar. The tonewoods provide a beautiful mix of deep lows and treble tones that can cut through the mix – it’s an incredible all-rounder guitar. With an L.R. Baggs™ VTC under-saddle pickup system and volume and tone controls at the soundhole, the L-00 is great for players who want a smaller guitar with a refined, focused tone that features a pickup system that retains the unique qualities of the acoustic even when plugged in.
The Gibson Hummingbird is a square-shouldered dreadnought that gives you more bass and volume, ideal in a band setting. Famous for its pickguard design and balanced tone, it has a mahogany back and sides and a Sitka spruce top and provides an incredibly nuanced tone that every genre, from rock to pop to country and western, relies on. It has Vintage Deluxe tuners, and the onboard L.R.
