Ingredients
Corn cut into ribs
Fry in oil 175°C (around 350°F) until golden
Drain season whilst hot serve with dip
Seasoning of choice

Spicy Garlic Lime Aioli
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic (minced or grated)
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon of the seasoning of your choice
Pinch of salt

Optional: 1 teaspoon chilli powder or cayenne pepper (adjust to taste). If no seasoning
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. If no seasoning
Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
