The Supreme court on Wednesday held that the Delhi LG does not have independent decision making powers. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal called it big victory for people of Delhi, for democracy. Speaking exclusive with NN, former CM former CM Shiela Dixit questioned that how is it a democratic victory. She said that as as per Article 239 AA of the constitution, Delhi is a UT.
