It was 8 days to go until Liga's big day, so I thought it was about time we revisited the Vertical Kilometre route for her benchmark test! Her mountain training block started off on this route many miles and many summits ago, and I think she'll be surprised to see how much stronger and fitter she feels going up this challenging mountain climb after her training.
