Today's recipe is Til variyali mukhvas
Ingredients
Til 1/2 cup
Variyali 1/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 nos
Water 2--3 tsp
Ajwain 1 tsp
Dhanadal 1/4 cup
Method
1. In plate add til, variyali, salt , turmeric, lemon juice and water, mix it well.
2. Spread evenly in plate.
3. Keep the plate under sunlight for 1 day.
4. Then sieve the mixture.
5. Add this sieved mixture in kadai,then add ajwain, dry roast the mukhvas, until til becomes crunchy, then add dhanadal and mix it well.
6.Cool down the mukhvas to room temperature, store it in glass bottle.
