🔻Ingredients
200g sesame seeds
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
30g kale
1/2 apple
70g cabbage

🔻Recipe
✔️Sesame paste
1. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan.
2. Grind the roasted sesame seeds in a blender.
3. Add 2 tbsp oil and grind to complete the sesame paste!

✔️Salad
1. Mix 1 tbsp sesame paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1/3 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp water to make sesame sauce. 2. Slice the kale, cabbage, and apple thinly.
3. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
4. Put the salad on a plate and top with your favorite nuts to finis
