It’s just a change of focus. Feeding kids is hard no matter what you choose to eat.
All six of my kids are unique and individual. There is no perfect diet that is the same for everyone. But in general, shifting our focus towards eating more plants and less animal products will prevent disease. And that’s a gift I want to give my kids.
