American Idol "Trey Louis" proudly stated he was born and raised in Santa Fe Texas. During his audition, Katy Perry broke down in Tears after finding out Trey Louis was a survivor of a school shooting in Santa Fe. Even though that was a horrible event. It doesn't define the area or the people that live there.
