Hummus recipe
15 oz can of chick peas rinsed and strained
1/3 cup tahini sauce
1 lemon juiced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 tblspoons olive oil
2 tspoons kosher salt
1/2 tspoon cumin
5-7 tblspoons ice cold water
add chick peas, tahini sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt cumin, olive oil to to a food processor and begin to process, add 3 tablespoons of cold water while processing. clean sides as you go. keep adding tablespoons of cold water until desired consistency is reached. add more olive oil or other ingredients to taste
Sourdough Flat Bread Recipe
1 cup sourdough starter discard
1/4 cup whole milk warmed to 110 degrees
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
mix ingredients and knead for 5-10 minutes, let rise for 45 minutes
after risen, cut dough into 16 pieces and flatten
add oil to a hot pan
cook flattened dough each side for about 4 minutes until lightly browned on each side
