( this reminds me of Naval's argument about Good Judgement (which is essentially knowing what to do) beats hard work)

** Pareto Principle: 80/20 Rule
*** Definition (wikipedia):
The Pareto principle states that for many outcomes, roughly 80% of consequences come from 20% of causes.
