Today's recipe is Cheese pau katka
Ingredients
Chopped onion 2 nos
Chopped capsicum 1 nos
Chopped tometo 2 nos
Green chilli 1 nos
Pau 2 nos
Oil 1 tbsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 3/4 tsp
Cumin coriender powder 1/2 tsp
Paubhaji masalo 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Lemon juice 1/2 nos
Cheese 1 cube
Coriender leaves
Method
1. Chop the onion, capsicum, tometo, green chilli.
2. In pan add oil, then add cumin, onion , capsicum, green chilli saute it well, then add tometo, again saute it.
3. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin coriender powder, paubhaji masalo, salt, mix it well.
4. Add water and bring to boil.
5. Add pau katka, and squeeze lemon juice and mix it well.
6. Grate a cheese and add coriender leaves, leave it for 2 min, so cheese melts.
7. Serve it hot cheese pau katka.
