Salmon with cajun cream sauce
In this video, I will show you how to make blackened salmon with a cajun cream sauce. This recipe is super easy and and will be done in only about 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients
2 Fresh Salmon Fillets ( Skin on or Off)
Salt & Pepper
1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning ( I used old bay)
1 Teaspoon Paprika
Neutral oil of choice (I used avocado) 2 Tablespoons
1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons butter
2 smashed garlic cloves
For the sauce
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 clove of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of all purpose flour
3/4 cup of heavy cream
2 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning (add more to your taste if needed)
1 tablespoon of dry dill
Tip: If you salmon fillet is really thick, you can finish out the cooking process in the oven until it reaches internal 145 degrees.
