Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake Recipe

Ingredients (mold size 27x27cm):
3 Egg yolk
40 gr Sugar
50 gr Milk
35 gr Oil
13 gr Cocoa
60 gr Cake flour
vanilla essence

Meringue:
3 Egg white
35 gr Sugar

Chocolate cream:
100 gr Whipped cream
10 gr Sugar
35 gr Chocolate

Bake at 170°C for 15~17 minutes
