The process of determining a prescription is called "Refraction". An optometrist uses a phoropter to refract and obtain a person's glasses prescription, which can then be used to get a contact lens prescription. This process is usually straight forward, but can sometimes cause some anxiety. These 3 tips can be easy things to do during the refraction that can make it easier to obtain an accurate prescription.
