Ingredients:
Vermicelli / Seviyan Kheer
½ cup Roasted Vermicelli
500 ml Milk
½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp. Ghee [Clarified Butter]
½ tsp. Cardamom Powder
1 Cashew Nuts
12 Raisins

Serves: 5 -6
Preparation Time: 10 mins

Dry Sweet Vermicelli / Seviyan
3 cups Vermicelli Roasted
½ cup Sugar
3 Tbsp. Ghee [Clarified Butter]
½ tsp. Cardamom Powder
12 Almonds (for garnishing)
