Welcome to Putnam Hall! Putnam Hall is a coeducational hall located in the Strong Community on the east side of campus. Putnam houses more than 250 students on five floors, offering both traditional and suite-style rooms. All room types have a stand-alone dresser, desk, desk chair and loftable bed with mattress for each resident. Students who live in traditional rooms share a restroom that has a bank of sinks, toilets, showers, and two bathtubs.
The 24-hour, full-service front desk is operated by student employees and provides student assistance and services such as mail, equipment and spare room key checkouts, along with security. The first-floor lobby is a great, quiet spot for students to study, hang out with friends, play games or use the community kitchen. The basement offers common areas for residents to utilize, such as a foosball table, ping pong table, theater, laundry facility and lobby space.
