Entire OATS Espresso (Should it Coffee?)

SHOULD IT COFFEE??

I'm testing the possibilities of my espresso machine and I'll try to discover which ingredients gets improved by passing through the hot water.

Today I'll try to prepare an ENTIRE espresso made entirely of OATS. This is basically a way to prepare vegan milk, so I believe it will be OK, RIGHT??

I wonder if OATS were ever used this way...

Technically we can try to prepare OATS Espresso, but SHOULD WE DO IT?
