This is how to make Di-Ai-Why instant cloud and snow on a very cold morning. Air temperature is about -20°C at the time of filming. When hot boiling water get evaporated rapidly in cold temperature, it turns into cloud/snow as seen in the video. Cool experiment to enjoy during cold morning indeed.
