Hello friends, this video is all about my garden tour for the farm- spanning 3 seasons. I make my garden plan on excel and try really hard to follow it- though life does sometimes get in the way.
In this video I lay out the different gardens I have, including the greenhouse, and then go over what I plan to grow in each garden. I make my spreadsheets based on Spring onto Summer and then Summer onto Fall- this helps me stay organized to know which crop comes next and I can plan accordingly.
When making a garden plan, the best tool to use is the knowledge of your lifestyle and works best for you. It is okay to have a smaller garden, or to only grow low maintenance crops if you have a busy lifestyle. The best plan is the plan that suits you.
