Hi, guys! Today, I’m back with some Korean street food after such a long time! I brought Garaetteok Tteokbokki (Thick stir-fried rice cakes) and a plate full of giant fried goodies! The fries I brought were squid, shrimp, sweet potato, and Gimmari (Seaweed rolls). Lately, I’ve been craving rice cakes so much that I woke up wanting Tteokbokki. On my way back from swimming, I quickly grabbed some. 🤦🏻♀️ The Garaetteok Tteokbokki has such an amazing chewy texture, and the rice cake is perfectly soaked in the sweet and spicy Tteokbokki sauce. It was absolutely delicious!!! It tasted like the classic Tteokbokki I used to eat as a kid. It was the perfect nostalgic flavor, just as I wanted! As for the fries, I was surprised at how incredibly crispy they were. 🫢 Among all the fries I’ve had at Tteokbokki places, these were probably the crispiest. 👍🏻 The fillings were so big and generous, which made them even better. Even after soaking them in the Tteokbokki sauce, they kept their crispiness, which was just amazing! I think no matter how many times I eat them, Tteokbokki and fries taste heavenly 🥹 Make sure to treat yourself to some chewy Tteokbokki and crispy fries soon! 🙌🏻 Thank you so much for watching today!
