FALL 2022 DECORATING PLAYLIST:
   • Fall Decorating Ideas 2021  

Pumpkin gnocchi
1 large russet potato
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour (preferably 00 flour if you have it)
2 stalks of rosemary

Sauce
4 tbsp vegan butter (Miyoko’s used here as it browns nicely!)
1/2 cup parmesan

Garnishes
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
Handful of sage leaves

Apple Pie Roll Ups
Bread slices (I used white)
2-3 apples, diced
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. Brown sugar
Zest of 1 lemon pls 2 tsp.
1 eggs
Splash of milk

Top with powdered sugar, cinnamon and sugar and serve warm with vanilla ice cream

Smokey Apple Cider Margaritas
Rim: cinnamon + sugar

1 part apple cider
3/4 part tequila
1/2 part lime juice

Shake over ice and serve cold. Garnish with apple slice, rosemary + cinnamon stick (light for a smokey vibe)
