How to make sourdough pizza + pepperoni pizza
I love the flavor that comes from the @CoyoteOutdoor pizza oven and the Island where I am prepping on is my @RTAOutdoorLiving
Making sourdough pizza crust is not complicated at all it just takes a little time as long as you’re willing to make some of the best pizza crust you have ever eaten.

Here is the ingredients recipe for the sourdough pizza crust mentioned in the video:
1 Cup H2O – I do use filtered water
1 Tsp Yeast
100 Grams Sourdough Starter
3 ½ Cup 00 Flour
Mix to combine and then knead the dough for 10 minutes to release and active the natural gluten that’s forming.
Once kneaded then place in an oiled (EVOO) bowl and cover for 2-3 hours and let it double in size then after its risen press down and re-form your dough and cut in half to make two pizza crust.
Pizza Sauce:
4 tbsp tomato paste
¾ Tsp each (basil, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano)
1 Tbsp Sugar
3 – 4 Tbsp water depending upon how thick you like your sauce
Take two bowls once the dough has been reformed and cover with plastic wrap for two days they will go inside of the refrigerator.
