Today's recipe is Bombay sandwich
Ingredients
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 6-7
Garlic ginger chilli paste 1 tsp
Boiled and mashed potato 3 nos
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garam masalo 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 nos
Coriender leaves
Bread slice 3
Cheese one cube
Butter
Cucumber slices
Tometo slices
Beetroot slices
Onion slices
Capsicum slices
Green chutney
Chaat masalo
..
Method
1. In kadai add oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic ginger chilli paste, and saute well.
2. Add turmeric, boiled potatoes, salt and garam masalo, mix it well.
3. Add coriender leaves and lemon juice.
4. Take bread slice, spread butter and green chutney, grate some cheese and put prepared stuffing tikki.
5. Take second bread slice, spread butter and green chutney, then put cucumber slices and tometo slices, sprinkle chaat masalo.
6. Then put onion , beetroot slices and capsicum slices, sprinkle chaat masalo.
7. Grate cheese on it, take 3 bread slice spread butter and green chutney on it.
8. Roast the sandwich by using heavy weight vessel, cut the sandwich into 2 pieces.
9. Serve the sandwich with tometo ketchup and green chutney.
