Poor health is both a cause and consequence of homelessness.
This year our Annual Come Together Dinner Fundraiser & Celebration focused on our Health Care for the Homeless Program, and the epidemic level crisis of homelessness in major cities, and their communities, are experiencing all over the country. As a Community Health Center, we are unable to solve the homelessness issue, but we can address the health issues of each of our patients, with kindness, compassion and respect.
