How my cordyline australis that got killed off by winter frosts came back from the dead!

Like many people, this past UK winter proved a little too harsh for my cordyline australis - a plant hitherto thought to be pretty bulletproof. One of my cordylines suffered spear pull and looked all butndead at the growing point back in March, but incredibly seems to have come back from the dead - a zombie cordyline!
