What happens when you throw boiling water in the air?

This experiment shows that when you throw boiling water into the air at a very low temperature, the water floats like a cloud.

Let's do the boiling water challenge and see what happens. I have done this experiment at -32 degree temperature. Please be careful in terms of watching the temperature first and make sure that you do it safely and avoid throwing it just on top of you.
