Today's recipe is paneer fried rice
Ingredients
Paneer 1/2 cup
Salt pinch
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Butter small cube
Oil 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
Onion small chopped
Spring onion white part
Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
Chopped carrot 2 tbsp
Chopped cabbage 2 tbsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Aromate powder 1/4 tsp
Spring onion greens
Cooked rice 1 cup
Method
1. In paneer, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and oil, marinate it for 15 min.
2. In pan add butter and paneer cube saute it for 2-3 min.
3. In pan add oil saute ginger, garlic, onion, spring onion white part, then add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, cooked rice, soya sauce, vinegar, white pepper and aromate powder.
4. Mix all together and then add sauted paneer and mix well, lastly add spring onion green part.
5. Enjoy paneer fried rice.
