WS2811 and UCS1903 LED strips are both popular addressable LED strips, but they are different. We can see from the video that the UCS1903 LED strip is more stable than the WS2811. If you are looking for WS2811 LED strip but pursuing a better performance, the UCS1903 will be a great choice.
