天氣冷的時候最適合吃這種暖暖的早餐粥,不但好吃又超級營養!裡面含有豐富的健康油脂跟抗氧化劑,保證讓你吃的滿足並顧好頭腦,腸胃,和皮膚的健康

做法也非常簡單:只要把乾食材和奶類用中小火混合到濃稠,再加上自己喜歡的配料就可以食用了

食材:
1/4杯 杏仁粉/任何麵粉類
1湯匙 奇亞籽
1湯匙 亞麻籽粉
1/2杯 任何奶類

可省略:
1湯匙 膠原蛋白粉(增加蛋白質&濃稠度)
1 湯匙 可可/抹茶粉 (抗氧化劑)
50g 莓子(或任何水果)

自己喜歡的甜味劑(例 蜂蜜,楓糖)
肉桂粉

Not only is this the perfectly cozy breakfast on a chilly day, it is also delicious, simple to make, and super nutritious! This recipe is full of healthy, filling fats and antioxidants to keep your brain, gut, and skin health in check

On medium-low heat, add the dry ingredients and almond milk and stir until it thickens. Then just add whatever toppings you desire and serve warm!

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. ground flax
1/2 cup almond milk

Optional:
1 tbsp. collagen (for extra protein and creaminess!)
1 tbsp. cacao OR matcha powder (anti-oxidants!)
50g berries (or fruit of choice)
Salt
Sweetener of choice
Cinnamon
Buckwheat groats, nuts/seeds (for texture)
