Play the quest with Architect to complete the level known as "The Bowels"
In this gameplay the Architect is stupid enough to start fighting with two demons and before i manage to save him , he is dead.
With Architect dead here the final boss cannot be reached since right before fighting the Interface boss we need to talk with Architect to install the A.I. patch conductor, that after Interface is defeated the portal to final boss is opened.
