Today's recipe is moong dal dhokda


Ingredients
Moong dal 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Suji 1/2 cup
Sour curd 1/2 cup
Soaked poha 1/4 cup
Water as required
Salt as per taste
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Green chilli 1 nos
Eno 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard seed 1/4 tsp
Seasame seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 5-6


Method
1.In bowl add moong dal and fenugreek seed and wash the dal with water, remove extra water.
2.Then add enough water and soak the dal for 2 hr.
3.Remove the extra water, In soaked dal add suji, sour curd and poha and rest the mixture for 1/2 hr.
4.Then grind the mixture to course paste and add batter into bowl.
5.Take out required quantity of batter in bowl, then add eno and mix it well.
6.Pour batter in oil greased plate, and sprinkle red chilli powder.
7.Place the plate in preheated vessel and steam the dhokla for 15 min on high flame.
8.Then cool down to room temperature, and cut them into pieces, and pour the tempering on dhokla.
9.Serve the dhokda with lasaniyu.
