Ingredients
Oil for frying
Potatoes 2 nos
Besan 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Baking soda pinch

Imly chutney for serving


Method
1. Slice the potato.
2. Add slices into water,
3. In bowl add besan, salt , add water in batches make the medium thick batter.
4. Dip the potato slice in besan batter, drop it into hot oil.
5. Fry it light pink in color.
6. Serve the bhajiya with imly chutney.
