One of our absolute favorite restaurants in the city is Boulevard Bar & Seafood – a seafood-focused French bistro. The kitchen is run by chef Sylvester Soisalo, who was previously the chef de cuisine at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Palace. At Boulevard, the dishes are just as tasty as ones you’d find in a fine dining restaurant, but served in a more casual, laidback setting. #shorts #shotoniphone
