At least 6 people were killed and several others injured in a stampede during ticketing for the 10-day darshan at Andhra's famous Tirupati temple. Around 4,000 devotees had lined up for Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan tickets at Bairagi Pattida Park when the tragic incident occurred. Officials confirmed the stampede caused major chaos, leading to multiple deaths. In response to the incident, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Chairman BR Naidu is holding an emergency meeting and will address the media afterward.
