Step One - you’re going to search for them by your using the county you live in not just the state.


Step Two - once you figured out what county you live you’re going to go to your county clerk of court website and find anything that says tax deeds.


Step Three - Once you get your tax deed list now you have to do your due diligence and figure out which properties are a good versus a bad investment
