6 dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
2 pinches Cumin Seeds
3 Cloves
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
6 Garlic Cloves
½” Ginger
½” Cinnamon Stick
4 Peppercorns
10g Tamarind
1 tsp. Vinegar
8 Kokum [Binda Solam]
1 tsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
